Juan Cisneros-Hernandez, a 21-year-old Latino man, was shot in the head and killed near the intersection of 165th Place and Menlo Avenue near Gardena on Monday, Jan. 7. His time of death was recorded at 3:30 p.m. by the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
