Keith Bragg, a 29-year-old black man, died Friday, May 25, in the 1400 block of East 99th Street in Florence-Firestone, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Bragg was standing in a yard May 24 about 11:59 p.m. when an unknown person drove by and shot him, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.
Authorities were called and Bragg was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:12 a.m.
Coroner's records show Bragg died from a gunshot wound to the head.
