Luciano Rubio-Valdez, a 27-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Friday, Nov. 14, in the 4300 block of Telegraph Road in East Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

About 5:30 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about an assault with a deadly weapon and found Rubio-Valdez suffering from a gunshot wound, according to a news release from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.

Rubio-Valdez was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:18 a.m., according to coroner’s records. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477.

It aint a coincidence i got sentenced to 250 days days in county and bailiff accidentally put 17 days. What made me realize it was you is when my next court date was on your birthday!
