Marlene Louise Estrada, 31
Marlene Estrada, a 31-year-old Latina, was found dead Sunday, Nov. 27, in the Rio Hondo Wash, east of Santa Anita Boulevard in El Monte, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Estrada's body was discovered shortly after 9 a.m. near Lower Azusa Road. Sheriff's officials said she had been shot.
Coroner's records show she was shot at least 10 times in the chest, abdomen, hands, right upper back, right arm and right leg.
