Michael Paul Lattimore, 41

Michael Paul Lattimore, a 41-year-old black man, was shot and killed Friday, Jan. 8, in the 9300 block of South Western Avenue in Gramercy Park, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

About 11:30 a.m., Lattimore was sitting in the driver’s seat of his black Honda Accord waiting for a person at a nearby barber shop, LAPD Det. Chris Barling said. Two gunmen walked up and shot into his car, striking him.

The two were described as black men in their 20s, Barling said.

The men ran north on South Western Avenue.
