Moises Contreras, 17
Moises Contreras, 17, a Latino youth, was shot in the head and calf at 1522 Cedar Ave. in Long Beach, and died at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22.
Long Beach officers got a "shots fired" call. They arrived to find Moises dead in front of a home.
