Noe Martinez-Quinone, a 35-year-old Latino, was shot several times and killed Sunday, Nov. 22, in the 1000 block of Arroyo Drive in South Pasadena, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.
Martinez-Quinone was found shot in the head in a parked vehicle, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:30 a.m.
