Omar Luciano-Jesus Magallanes, a 22-year-old Latino, died on Monday, Feb. 27, after he was shot in the 6400 block of Ajax Avenue in Bell Gardens, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

Investigators don’t have a motive for the shooting or a description of the attacker, Jauch said.
