Philip Williamson, 29 [Updated]
Philip Victor Williamson, a 29-year old white man, was found wounded in an alley in the 1500 block of Pine Avenue on Thursday March 24 by a passerby, according to the Long Beach Police Department. Coroner's officials reported the location of his death as the 1500 block of Pacific Avenue which is a short distance away.
Williamson had been shot once in the upper body and was taken by paramedics to a hospital, where he later died.
Williamson was a native of Chico who was known to frequent the West Los Angeles area. Police said they had little to go on and were interested in any information on the case. They said they want to find anyone who could help them determine Williamson's movements and contacts the night of the shooting.
