Ramon Uriel Rosales, a 4-year-old Latino male, died Tuesday, April 3, in Palmdale, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Ramon and a nearly three-month-old Latina traveling in the same vehicle were killed as a result of a serious car accident. Ramon was on life support at a hospital until his death at 9:06 p.m. Neither child was properly restrained at the time, coroner's records indicate, and the deaths are listed as homicides.
