Rodolfo Martinez, 28
Rodolfo Martinez, a 28-year-old Latino, died Thursday, Feb. 18, due to complications from gunshot wounds he sustained eight years ago, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
On Jan. 13, 2002, Martinez was on the corner of Van Nuys Boulevard and Pala Avenue in Pacoima when he was shot several times, leaving him paralyzed.
Martinez died at his Pacoima residence, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office.
