Ruben Castaneda, 27, a Latino man, was found in a wrecked car on County Road near Reservoir Drive in Pomona late on Friday, Aug. 31.
He had been shot in the back, and the car had apparently spun out of control and crashed. His time of death was listed as 1 a.m. Sept. 1.
