Ruben Gomez, 51, a Latino man, was found shot twice in the head in a car in the 300 block of Bicentennial Road in Pico Rivera near the sports arena Tuesday, July 31. His time of death was listed as 12:42 p.m. Sheriff's homicide detectives were investigating.
