Tashell Rader, 15
Tashell Rader, a 15-year-old black female, was shot while standing on the sidewalk near the intersection of Vesta Avenue and Oris Street in Willowbrook about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, authorities said.
Rader was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. Sheriff's officials said an unidentified man was also shot and killed at the same time.
