Triso Arcos, 40

Triso Arcos, a 40-year-old Latino, was shot Saturday, July 25, in the 3700 block of East 55th Street in Maywood, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.

Arcos was standing with his family in his frontyard when he was shot about 8:30 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County sheriff's officials.

"They heard gunshots, and then the victim fell to the ground," the Sheriff’s Department said. He died later at a hospital.
