Victor Hugo Tellez, a 27-year-old Latino male, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, after being shot in East Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

He was an amazing father to my little sister who was about to turn 1 seven days later... It hurts because first i lost my dad (Victor Romero) in 2007 he was the closest i had to a father figure since then & for him to be taken from my family like that? Those low-lifes have some serious nerve & deserve EVERYTHING that's gonna catch up to them, I pray to God that we as his family get some justice as to this situation, i finally became at peace with the justice those bastards who killed my father got, hopefully it will come soon for Victor too. Nothing has been the same since he left, my family may have fallen apart since then & my mom may have lost herself but i know that's not how he'd want us. We <3 you & miss him sooo much.
