Wilson Rodriguez, an 18-year-old Latino man, was fatally shot in an apparent gang-related killing at 1520 85th St. at 2:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:28 p.m.
Rodriguez was outside talking to a child when a black man walked up to him and shot him at close range. The shooter fled in a silver four-door vehicle, authorities said.
