Yailyn Luna Rosales, a nearly three-month-old Latina, died Tuesday, April 3, in Palmdale, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Yailyn and a four-year-old Latino boy traveling in the same vehicle were killed as a result of a serious car accident. Neither child was properly restrained at the time, coroner's records indicate, and the deaths are listed as homicides.
