Carlos Zarate, 23

Carlos Zarate, a 23-year-old Latino, was shot several times Wednesday, April 22, according to the Los Angeles County coroner.

The shooting took place in the 16100 block of Eucalyptus Avenue in Bellflower, authorities said.
