Irving Serrano, 23

Irving Serrano, a 23-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Monday, May 26, in the 3600 block of Pasadena Avenue in Highland Park, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

About 1 p.m. that day, Los Angeles police officers responded to a call of a shooting inside a local plumbing business, according to a news release from the department and coroner’s information.

Serrano was pronounced dead at 1:09 p.m. at the scene, according to coroner’s records.

Witnesses described the suspects as two males of "unknown descent" with shaved heads and baggy pants, according to the release. They were seen fleeing the location in a white or grey four-door vehicle.
