Isaiah Frias, a 19-year-old Latino male, died Sunday, Dec. 17, after being shot in Lancaster, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records.

I am Isaiah's Sister Rosie he was our baby brother youngest child of 5 with 3 older sisters myself,Angela,Josie and 1 older brother David He was killed in Lancaster Ca.. On the worst day of our lives Dec.17 2006 1 week before Christmas by some cowards who use guns to solve problems and they were once friends of ours all of ours!! Our legal system gave us justice these cowards will spend the next 50yrs of there pitiful lives where they belong.. Not enough time for my opinion.We miss him everyday,Our mother is raising his only son whom he never got to meet or let us know about.Although our hearts ache for him we are glad god blessed us with his arrival.(the baby) we will always have a piece of him and he will live in our hearts and memories Forever..Rest in Paradise lil brother I'll see you when I get there!! I Love you forever!!
