Jesse Aaron Serrano, 19
Jesse Aaron Serrano, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Sunday, April 20, in the 6600 block of South Broadway Avenue in Florence, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
About 2:30 p.m. Serrano was standing near a street vendor and had money in his hand when a man pulled up in a black four-door car, got out of the car and shot him, said Los Angeles Police Det. Kelle Baitx.
The man ran back into the car, which was last seen fleeing east on West 66th Street from Broadway Avenue, Baitx said.
