Joe Anthony Ordaz, 24
Joe Anthony Ordaz, a 24-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Saturday, Oct. 12, in the 1000 block of West 92nd Street in Westmont, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
About 12:17 a.m., Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about a gunshot victim at an apartment complex, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Department.
When deputies arrived, they found Ordaz wounded in the hallway of the complex.
Ordaz was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:13 a.m., according to coroner’s records.
