Joe Garcia, 53
Joe Garcia, a 53-year-old Latino, died Friday, June 15 during an argument with a family member, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.
At first authorities believed he died as a result of the fight, but it was later determined it was neither an accident nor a homicide.
Winter said Garcia died from an intracerebral hemorrhage and his death was ruled natural.
