Maximiliano Perez, 23
Maximiliano Perez, a 23-year old Latino man, died of a gunshot wound Oct. 17, 2008, according to coroner's records.
The incident leading to his death occurred in the 600 block of South Reservoir Street in Pomona.
Updated Jan. 24, 2010: Coroner's officials later ruled Perez's death an accident. According to coroner's records, Perez' family reported that he had a history of cocaine use and had been drinking when he got into an altercation with someone, leading to the gun going off.
