Rudi Sander, 21
Rudi Sander, a 21-year-old Latino also known as Rudi Sander Gonzalez, was shot and killed Thursday, Jan. 21, while he was walking in the 23700 block of Valle Del Oro near Costa Brava in Santa Clarita, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Sander was walking with another man on the grounds of the large condominium complex where he lived when the two got into an argument shortly after noon, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Dave Coleman.
The killer pulled out a handgun, shot Sander and ran away, Coleman said.
Sander was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at 12:35 p.m.
The shooter, described as a Latino in his mid-30s, was last seen driving through the parking lot of the condominium comoplex in a blue Astro minivan, Coleman said.
