Alfred McCullin, a 21-year-old Latino man, was fatally shot multiple times at 1111 Ravenna Ave. in Wilmington about 12:20 p.m Sunday, Jan. 13. He was approached by a Latino man and shot, according to police. The motive for the shooting was unknown, authorities said.
