My, It's 12 years since I lost my son, Antaun. Each day seems like the first day that I lost him. I miss him so much. Mother's Day is soon approaching and my family is not intact, Antaun, son number three, child number 3 is no longer her to kiss me on the cheek and tell me, Happy Mother's Day Mom! I'll never be able to kiss and pinch his cheeks again.

I know he's looking down upon me, saying " Mom, I'm okay". The same words he said to me the day before he was killed, when I told him to stop going to Pomona, sitting at the bus stop. He used to call me from the phone booth there at the bus stop. He would say, Mom I just called to check on you and say I love you".

Well, I know that he's okay because, he in God's home now. I love you and miss you Son.
