Why do they give the race of a victim ? To set all facts straight too he was mixed his mother was German / Irish & his father was Filpino/ Mexican but to automatically assume he was from a Latino background is unnecessary his siblings had colored eyes from the mom & their dad since he had a different dad but to automatically say " Latino " because its so much easier to say hes Latino because most of all " Latinos " are criminals & are bad is stereotypical and by his last name which is Moms its not Latino. He came from an educated family but ended up in the wrong crowd as a youngster. To say that he was attempting to run over a police is false he's smarter than that just because of his past records from his what 20's of being on on drugs was bad doesn't mean in that very time period of him dying was exactly the same. He was on the way to go get solution for the Rv's toilet & was being followed by an undercover he had missed a probation meeting a couple days before but he was in the process of moving forward with his life & kids. I strongly disagree with him being someone to run over a cop yeah he made mistakes & wasn't that smart but he definitely definitely was not stupid . For the Rv to become missing to the family & unavailable is very skeptical too because since he tried to run over a cop they shot him but why wasn't the vehicle available because it was a huge piece of evidence. He didn't & wouldn't do such a thing the cops just wanted him from the start but did they try helping him when he was released from prison previously ? No .
