Brandon Fields, 26

Brandon Fields, a 26-year-old black man, was shot and killed Monday, Dec. 8, in the 300 block of East 118th Street in Green Meadows, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.

Fields had just parked his car shortly after 3:30 p.m. and was walking up to a home when two black men driving a light-colored or silver vehicle pulled up, said LAPD Det. Sal LaBarbera.

A person inside fired several shots, striking Fields.

He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at 5:20 p.m., according to coroner’s records.
