John Doe #103, 22 to 27

A Latino, identified by the coroner only as "John Doe #103," was found dead in the 9100 block of Bartee Avenue in the Arleta on Saturday, June 7, according to authorities.

His bound and gagged body was discovered in trash bags on the street by a resident walking in the area shortly after midnight, according to coroner's records. The man, believed to be between 22 and 27 years old, appeared to have been beaten and stabbed and then dumped at the location.

Los Angeles police asked for help from the public to identify the man who was about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed about 160 pounds. He was found wearing wearing blue jeans, a light brown leather belt, and light brown leather boots.
