Juan Gabriel Acosta-Rodriguez, 42
Juan Gabriel Acosta-Rodriguez, a 42-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Wednesday, Sept. 4, in the 12400 block of Anzac Avenue in Willowbrook, according to L.A. County coroner’s records.
Acosta-Rodriguez and his two sons were in a car about 9 p.m. when a person or multiple people walked up and shot at them, said Lt. Dave Dolson of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.
Acosta-Rodriguez was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:36 p.m., according to coroner’s records.
His sons were treated for non-life-threatening wounds, according to coroner’s records.
