Miguel Angel Lizarraga, 27
Miguel Lizarraga, a 27-year-old Latino, was shot and killed on Monday, Feb. 6, in the 12900 block of Athol Street in Baldwin Park, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Lizarraga was walking near his home with two acquaintances about 9:46 p.m., when a dark sedan drove up and stopped beside them, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Joe Mendoza.

Lizarraga’s companions ran in separate directions, Mendoza said, but Lizarraga was shot multiple times in the upper torso. The two shooters got back into the car and drove away.
One of Lizarraga's companions returned to the scene, Mendoza said.
Lizarraga was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:55 p.m.
