Tammy Howland, 34

Tammy Howland, a 34-year-old white woman, was found dead Monday, Aug. 24, in her home in the 41000 block of 176th Street East in Lake Los Angeles, authorities said.

Howland was found with her hands bound and head covered after someone reported her death to authorities about 12:30 p.m., according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities are searching for Howland's husband, 44-year-old Kenneth David Howell. He was at the home at the time of the police report but was no longer there when detectives arrived, officials said.

Homicide detectives described Howell, a white man, as a person of interest in the case. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes, according to police.

Your so very special my LOVED ONE, that on March 28, 2012, the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department held a Second Vigil for you, my special one. (The first was held on December 9, 2011, but since we were all still in the Witness Protection Program, they were unable to locate us). After your trial the LA Sheriff Department was able to locate us and a second VIGIL WAS HELD, ALL IN YOUR HONOR. EVERYONE WHO'S LIVES YOU HAD TOUCHED CAME TO THE VIGIL, numbering in the thousands. I had a chronological, display of your life from birth to just 2 months prior to your demise. There were thousands that came. In fact the LA Sheriffs Department had to block off a 4 mile radius to accommodate the astronomical, thousands of lives you had touched, who came to honor you, my sweet precious one. So many tears and such an OUT POURING OF LOVE FOR YOU. I bet you never realized how popular you really were!!!

Justice was served for what was done to you, and one of your twin daughter's. The Demon, (David Kenneth Howell) was given 144 years for what he had done. Karma, or Our Sweet Lord, allowed the death of the Demon's mother, POSSIBLY, for taking you away from your 5 kids and since he was incarcerated, he was unable to attend HIS MOTHER'S funeral.
