Terry Nigale Benjamin, 52
Terry Nigale Benjamin, a 52-year-old black man, was found dead Saturday, Jan. 23, in the 4100 block of Santo Tomas in Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Shortly after 4 p.m., Los Angeles Police officers were called to an apartment regarding a foul odor, said LAPD Det. Dave Garrido.
Officers found Benjamin’s body inside, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, Garrido said.
An autopsy concluded that Benjamin died of stab wounds, according to coroner's records.
