Isaac Lashon Tobias, 23, a black man, was shot at 12049 Willowbrook Ave. in Willowbrook on Friday, April 13, and died at St. Francis hospital at 7:04 p.m. Thursday, April 19. Investigators said he was arguing with two black men in front of a house, and both took out guns and shot him.
