Cecilia Maria Hoschet, a 32-year-old Latino female, died Sunday, Sept. 6, after being shot in La Cañada Flintridge, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Genny Herrera, a 39-year-old Latina, was shot and killed Friday, Oct. 16, in the 4500 block of Lasheart Drive in La Canada Flintridge, authorities said.

Authorities said Herrera was the victim of a murder-suicide. 

Los Angeles County sheriff's detectives said the shooter was a 47-year old man who was a close friend of Herrera's. The man, whose name was not immediately released, allegedly shot Herrera and then himself. 

Detectives declined to release more information about the relationship between the pair.

Kamala Devi Wint, a 60-year-old Asian female, died Sunday, May 23, after being shot in La Cañada Flintridge, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
