Adrian Joel Sanchez, a 34-year-old Latino male, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, after being shot by law enforcement near Golden State Hwy & Templin Hwy in Ridge Route, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records.
Tron Scott Jr. Mayo, a 31-year-old black man, was pronounced dead Monday, Oct. 23, after his body was found on an access road half a mile north of the 35500 block of Ridge Route Road in the Ridge Route area north of Castaic, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Deputies were called to the area at 1 p.m. regarding a person in need of medical attention, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Rodney Moore.
They found Mayo’s body at the mouth of what appears to be a gated driveway or access road off Ridge Route Road, Moore said.
Mayo, an Inglewood resident, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:24 p.m., according to coroner’s records. The cause of death was listed as multiple gunshot wounds and stab wounds.

Josue Salvador Pedraza Antunez, a 28-year-old Latino, was pronounced dead on Saturday, July 8, after his body was found near Frenchmans Flat Campground in the 38000 block of Golden State Highway in Castaic, according to authorities.
Pedraza Antunez lived in Newhall, where he had worked washing dishes and washing cars, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. John Corina.
He went to the campground that day with a couple of other people, Sgt. Domenick Recchia said. The day was hot, and Piru Creek, which runs near the campground, is a popular place for people to play, he said.
What happened after he arrived is unclear, Corina said. Around 5:35 p.m., people walking along the creek discovered Pedraza Antunez’s body half-submerged in the water. When paramedics arrived, they discovered he had been stabbed multiple times, according to coroner’s records.

Kimberly Ann Harvill, a 26-year-old white female, died Sunday, Aug. 14, after sustaining blunt force trauma in Ridge Route, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records.
Nicole Medina, a 26-year-old white woman also known as Nicole Danielson, died Saturday, Oct. 24, as a result of blunt force trauma. She was found in the 36200 block of Paradise Ranch Road in Castaic, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s records.
Medina was found in her home, where she lived with her husband, Robert Danielson, and their two children, ages 3 and 1, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Steve Jauch.
Her husband called deputies about 8:38 a.m., after he found his wife unresponsive, Jauch said.
Medina was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead at 9:28 a.m., according to coroner’s records. The autopsy listed the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head, Jauch said. Investigators are still trying to determine when the trauma occurred and what caused it, Jauch said.
